Biography

My name is Pauline Rotich. I am passionate about protecting workers, communities and the environment. I seek to leverage knowledge from industry and experience with diverse disciplines to contribute inpr building a strong culture of health and safety, deliver robust and efficient EHS services to prevent accidents while keeping protecting our workers and environment.

I am currently Senior Director, EHS Global Leader.

I have extensive knowledge and experience after previously working for more than a decade with ExxonMobil in many roles from the Global Center of Excellence, Technology & Research, Environmental & Property Solutions, Pipeline & Distribution, Refining, Chemicals and Manufacturing businesses at ExxonMobil. I have changed my journey from heavy industry to Microsoft.
